Abstract:

Minerals are important input materials for industries. The potential for minerals, especially strategic minerals on earth, is limited. Mineral planning plays an important role in the efficient, sustainable and long-term exploitation and use of minerals. The article, on the basis of analyzing global general issues and Vietnam’s own issues, gives some suggestions to contribute to the completion of the mineral planning of Vietnam in the coming time. The content of comments comprehensively covers issues such as planning, licensing, exploration, exploitation, processing, and use.
