Currently, projects, designing and exploiting coal mines when forming and analyzing graphs of the working regime of open pit mines only pay attention to two criteria: volume of ground rock and volume of coal mined. The author has proposed to form and analyze the working regime chart on the basis of three criteria: volume of stripped rock, coal mined and transport volume of stripped rock, and build a regime chart open pit mine work.
