Abstract:
The birth of the Circular Economy to replace the Linear Economy that has been implemented will lead to the changes in society, transforming the entire economy. Our State has issued a Law and Decree guiding the circular economy model, as well as a roadmap and mechanism to encourage circular economy development. However, some documents are still in the process of being completed, such as the action plan to implement the circular economy, the decree on the testing mechanism for developing the circular economy is still in the process of being developed and the implementation also has many challenges. The paper mentions the State's legal direction guidelines and policies, policy mechanisms for circular economy development. At the same time, it mentions the challenges in implementation and on that basis, proposes suggestions for implementing the circular economy model for Vietnam's mining industry.
