Abstract:

In the past years, Thanh Hoa province that has had the remarkable socio-economic developments and many big projects which, have been invested such as GAS & LNG development zone and other types of the r petrochemical filtering in Nghi Son Zone with ( i 3r805 btton VND); Bao Ngoc eco-resort and touist accommodation house with (VND 1,611 billion); Sam Son East Asia in the ecofcjgical urban area with (3,800 billion ' VND : Van Lang Yufukuya wood plants in Nghi Son of the economic Zone with | fS.7rmiion USD); Yen Djnh high quality socks and underwear factory with (35.45 million USD) and Sun Group, Vingroup, FLC etc [9] I projects. Especially, it’s the Petrochemical ■ Refinery Project. Nghi Son refinery and petrochemical project comes into action, the consumption i demand of the petroleum for production has | been increasing in Thanh Hoa, which has been increasing in the petroleum suppliers ‘ and traders scale and quantity. From 2009 to j now, there have been the oil spills in Thanh Hoa province, caused to damage the j environment, socio-economy and people's i livings [7], while responding to spills. The oil i has remained especially in the sea which has been very difficult recently, taking place slowly and weakly on a large scale, the facilities, manpower, conditions to prevent and respond to the environmental incidents of the localities ; in this province. The paper has studied the ; risk of oil spill in Thanh Hoa province, the effects of oil spills and proposed solutions to respond to oil spills.
