Abstract:

The Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar (SHPB) is one of the most common experimental methods used to study material properties at high strain rates. In this paper, we present the results of an experimental program of the SHPB test. Tests were carried out at different strain rates on different specimens of concrete using underground construction made by corals.
