Abstract:

The paper presents research results on the method of determining the Sn content in-SAC lead-free solder . tin. The authors optimized the Sn4+ reduction process to Sn2+ choosing the amount of aluminum metal used to reduce is about 1,5-2 grams and the reduction time is 1.5 h. The results of validation for. the method show that the method has good repeatability - and high accuracy, suitable for analysis in laboratories in Vietnam.
