Abstract:
To meet the requirements of output and quality of coal products, Mao Khe Coal Company - Vinacomin has continuously renewed screening technology. From the density-based separation techniques with essential jigs and log washers, in 2007, a dense medium separation system was designed and set up by the Institute of Mining Science & Technology (IMSAT) for processing coarse coal particles in the magnetic fluid and spontaneous fluid. After the 12-year activated period and due to the alternative performance of mining, producing and consuming activities in 2019, a new jig and reverse motion conveyer belt system was installed and replaced the previous heavy medium separation system. The finding of scientific research contract NCKH&PTCN No 98/HĐ-ĐHCNQN of Quang Ninh University has significantly brought separation efficiency
