Abstract:
Currently, a large amount of treated coal mine wastewater meeting discharge quality according to QCVN40:2011/BTNMT column B is discharged into the environment, wasting a large amount of water resources. This also helps save costs, reduce water usage costs and contribute to green, sustainable economic development. Up to now, Quang Ninh province currently has 44 coal mine wastewater treatment stations[2]. The amount of water that can be further processed and reused for drinking, production and daily life purposes. Up to now, the entire region has only had about 82 million m3/year (reaching 29%) of wastewater reused. Therefore, planning is needed to reuse mine wastewater to supply water for production and residential activities, saving resources and costs.
