Abstract:

This article covers three main groups of problems. One is the reference experience for Vietnam to draw from the international and domestic development context; The second is the main factors that dominate the construction and development of Al Vietnam industry; Finally, to propose some ideas to contribute to building policies and strategies for the development of Al Vietnam industry in the coming time.
