Abstract:

The results of applying retreated heaving floor technology using precast and steel concrete beam (reinforced concrete) at main roadways at Vang Danh Coal Joint Stock Company - Vinacomin show that it is suitable for the characteristics of geological and technical conditions. Achieving very good economic and technical indicators. Concrete steel Prefabricated structures works well with reinforced concrete shells because increasing the lifetime of the support, reducing the cost of repare, lowering the railway foundation, lowering the sewer system, the transport system is not interrupted due to cut and lower the heaving floor raise. At main roadways with high pressure, high heaving floor raise leads to the roadways being regularly compressed to reduce cross-section, and the railway system does not meet technical requirements, posing many potential safety risks. To solve this problem, the authors have reaserched solutions using reinforced concrete beam and have successfully applied it in real conditions at the main roadways of Vinacomin- Vang Danh Coal Joint Stock Company.
