Abstract:
Vibrating feeders are now widely used in the world in many fields (mining,screening, construction,...). There have been many studies to calculate the optimal design of the machine. However, in Vietnam, the design of this machine mainly refers to existing foreign machines, there are few theoretical studies on calculating machine parts, including elastic bearings. In this article, the author delves into the study of the elastic bearing which is an important part affecting the vibration and working ability of the vibrating feeder, providing a theoretical basis for calculating the design of the elastic bearing; indicate the types of bearings being used for the feeder and then analyze the pros and cons of each type; Finally, the author calculates the design of elastic bearings for vibrating feeders with a capacity of 550t/h and applies Creo software to design and analyze.
